Terms of Service

Effective date: March 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SynergyPix website and image-to-vector conversion service (collectively, the "Service") operated by SynergyPix ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

SynergyPix provides an online tool that converts raster images (PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, WebP) into scalable vector graphics (SVG) and related formats. The Service is offered on a tiered basis:

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the vector files produced from them. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.

The SynergyPix name, logo, and all associated software are the intellectual property of SynergyPix and may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. All charges are in US dollars.

Power User: A one-time payment for 30 days of access. Power User purchases are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Pro (monthly subscription): Billed automatically each month. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by clicking "Manage Subscription" in the application header and following the steps in the Stripe billing portal. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. After cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, at which point your account reverts to the Free tier. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months under any circumstances.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that conversion output will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynergyPix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynergyPix and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
